Pay Bills with UniGrat

Use your UniGrat rewards to pay essential bills through approved companies, with full transparency and audit-friendly records.

Important: Rewards Are Not Cash

  • Rewards are NOT cash and NOT e-money
  • Rewards are NOT a bank balance
  • Rewards can ONLY be used within UniGrat's closed-loop system
  • Rewards are purpose-limited to paying essential bills with whitelisted companies

How Bill Payments Work

UniGrat is not a traditional bank account. Instead, you use your confirmed rewards to pay bills through our approved company network within a closed-loop system.

Step 1 – Build Your Confirmed Balance

As vendors confirm your rewards after the review period, those amounts move into your confirmed balance, which is available for bill payments.

Step 2 – Choose an Approved Company

In your client portal, you pick one of the approved companies (telecom, energy, water, government, etc.) and enter your invoice or payment reference.

Step 3 – UniGrat Processes the Payment

After internal checks, UniGrat pays the invoice on your behalf and updates the status in your account. You'll always see when a payment is pending, completed, or rejected.

Minimum Requirements

  • Rewards must be in Confirmed status
  • Minimum balance of $10 required to use rewards for bill payments
  • Each payment must be linked to a valid invoice ID or reference
  • Only companies on the whitelisted list are eligible
  • You can pay bills fully or partially using your available balance

Closed-Loop System

By always paying against real invoices via approved companies within a closed-loop system, UniGrat creates a transparent, auditable trail that protects you, vendors, and regulators. Rewards cannot be used outside this system.
