1. What membership is

UniGrat Membership costs €5.05 per month, paid by you through Stripe for one month at a time. It never renews automatically and we remind you before it ends so you can renew. Membership is for discounts: members pay less at UniGrat vendors, in book stores and in more marketplaces as they open. Each month your membership also adds 4.50 UC of UniGrat Credit to your account.

You do not need a membership to buy from UniGrat vendors or book stores, or to use and pay for Uni Labs. Without a membership you pay the normal price and do not receive member discounts.

2. How the member discount works

• The member discount is funded by UniGrat from its own platform share. It never reduces what the vendor, author or store receives.
• There is no minimum and no cap. The amount depends on the purchase, so we show it on each item and as “You save” just before you pay.
• On bookings and food orders the discount lowers the price you pay. On books it is paid back to you as Credit after the purchase.
• Some purchases are not eligible, for example rescheduling fees, partner bundles and wholesale purchases. The checkout shows the exact amount you pay.
• The discount is not paid out in cash and cannot be transferred.
• UniGrat may change how discounts are calculated. A change applies to future purchases only, and we publish it on this page.

3. Your monthly Credit

• The rest of your monthly payment covers the platform and the UniGrat referral reward programme.
• Credit you do not use rolls over to the next month and does not expire.
• Credit can be spent on Uni Books and with UniGrat vendors. More Uni Labs studios will accept Credit as they open.

4. Storage

There is no storage package. You only pay for the space you use, and the amount is taken from your Credit each month. The current price is shown in your account.

5. If your balance reaches zero

Your membership is paused only when your account balance reaches zero. We then move your stored files to safe offline storage. You can ask for them back at any time. Bringing them back has a small cost, which we show before you confirm.

We recommend topping up at least €5 a month and using one UniGrat studio, vendor or marketplace each month to get the most from your membership.

6. Renewing and ending

Your membership is not renewed automatically and nothing is charged without you. We send a reminder before it ends. If you renew early, the new month is added to the end of your current period. If you do not renew, the membership ends: member discounts and the monthly Credit stop, you keep buying at the normal price, and Credit you already hold stays yours.

7. Children and families

UniGrat is for people from age 10 up. Children use a parent account: a parent tops up the Credit and stays in control of what it is spent on.
